At Native Pet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping bag.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
